Oprah's Mock Caesar Salad
|
20 milliliters Garlic -- minced
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1/4 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
Fresh cracked black pepper
3 cups Romaine lettuce -- torn
3 cups Endive -- torn
1 large Tomato -- chunked
1 tb Parmesan
Mix garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce and pepper for the dressing. Toss with lettuces and tomatoes.
